Mob Execution
I was riding on a train and I'm not sure what, but I witnessed something I wasn't suppose to see and I was going to be executed by the mob. I was in a dark train car with 2 fat mob guys dressed in gray suits and ties. I was sitting on the edge of one of their laps when the guy to my side pulled out his black revolver. For a second, I panicked, I begged for my life and promised I wouldn't tell anyone what I saw, but the mobster told me he was sorry and it had to be done. I sat up straight and faced forward and calmly said that I wasn't even going to cry. Then, I quickly turned back around and asked the guy when he did it, could he not make me sit there and wait for like 3 minutes and to just make it quick. They both nodded their heads yes as I turned back facing forward. I quickly turned back around again and asked if they would please not let my face smash on the school desk that was in front of me when I was shot. They both shook their heads yes again. I turned to face forward; I never heard the gun fire, but I knew that I had been shot in the head when the guy asked me to lay back and close my eyes. I did as he said and I remember being able to feel where the bullet went in, but it didn't hurt. I just laid there waiting to fall asleep. . . .

Dead Baby Chick
I actually contemplated whether I should blog this dream/sleep walk or not. It is a short one, but demented, none the less. . .
I was dreaming that I was pregnant with about 25 baby chicken eggs. They were about the size of golf balls, perfectly round too and they sat down at the bottom of my stomach. I also carried about 10 on the top of my 2 feet. Well, I reached up to touch my nose because it felt like I was getting a bloody nose and when I put my finger on my nostril, I could feel something hard and skinny there. I suddenly realized it was a chick's toe! I was miscarrying through my nose. I jumped out of bed (in real life) and ran to the bathroom still feeling the chick's toe with my finger. I freaked out because when I got to the bathroom, the door was locked. Brian was taking a shower. I knew any minute this dead chick was going to come out and I wasn't mentally prepared to see a dead baby, not to mention, I knew a ton of blood was going to come with it. I stood in panic for a minute when I realized I was just dreaming.
I went back to my bed and checked my nose for what ever I thought was a baby chicken's toe and of course, there was nothing there. I grabbed my computer to go on face book. It was midnight and I needed to get my mind of my demented dream so I could go back to sleep. The computer was super bright, hurting my eyes. I didn't care. I needed to get that dream out of my thoughts!

Apartment Fire
A couple of nights ago I dreamt that there was a fire in an apartment that we were apparently living in and we all got out safely. I went into panic mode when I thought about all our pets and my photo albums. I ran up and down the inside hallways looking for my door. There were 2 levels and elevators and escalators everywhere. I couldn't find my apartment and I knew that every second counted to save our pets. I ran back outside and Angela (Aly's old coach's wife) was out in the parking lot with my family and told me my apartment number to help me find my apartment easier.
I ran back inside and found a help counter with 2 ladies in the middle of all the apartments at an information desk. The apartments looked much like an hotel and I could see all the doors for the apartments surrounding us on the level up above too. There was a metal, curvy stairway in the middle of nowhere going up next to the desk. It lead to an open hole in the ceiling. An old lady was going up to look for her husband in the fire. I pretended to be going with her to help her because no one was allowed to go back into the burning building. When I got up there I found my apartment that was on fire. It was the size of a doll house and there were a lot of them lined up against a wall in a room and they were all on fire. I stuck my hand through the front door of the house and pulled out a tiny, tiny glass tank that had my hedgehog, Spike in it. (In real life, Spike died a few years ago). He was running on his wheel. I also grabbed another pet out of the house, but I can't remember who it was. Then, I sat there trying to remember all the pets that I had because I was sure I was missing one. That's when my cousin, Heather, pointed to a table that was right next to my house and there was a cat, sleeping on a pillow. The cat and the pillow together were about the size of a marble and so were the other 2 pets I had gotten out of the house. I softly called out "Oscar" and the orange, sleeping kitty woke up and was so happy to see me. (In real life, Oscar, has been missing for a few months). Aly's old coach, Jad, who was the fire chief, told me that we had to leave for our safety. I had all of my pets in the palm of my hand and I made a fist with them inside so I could protect them while we got out of there. My cousin, Heather, opened up the front of the dollhouse (which was originally my apartment) and pulled out all my photo albums that were inside. I put everything in a wagon and started to pull it away when I woke up.

My Spectacular Dive
This dream is the 2nd of 2 dreams that I remember having as a child. I blame all my issues on my sister for not helping me after I about cracked my head open on the floor! I am guessing I was around 9 years old when I had this dream.
I was at a pool and I was on the diving board. My dog, Nickie, was laying on the board right in front of me and I had to dive over her so I wouldn't knock her off. I was successful! And I was painfully woken when I hit the water!
I was actually on the top bunk of my bunk bed when I had this dream with my sweet little doggie right next to me. I remember waking up when I hit the floor from my spectacular dive! I instantly started to cry because my head and my neck hurt so bad. My sister, Jenny, yelled at me and told me to be quiet. I slowly made my way back up to my bed while trying not to cry. I remember laying there for a few minutes rubbing my neck until I fell back asleep. Thankfully, I knew where my dog was and didn't push her off while I was diving!

Creepy Doll
This is 1 of 2 dreams I remember from when I was a child. If I had to guess, I would say I was about 15 when I had this dream.
I walked into a bedroom unknown to me. The only furniture in it was a bed that was made up neatly up against the back wall. There was a creepy doll sitting on the bed that seemed to stare right into my soul. Her eyes seemed to follow me as I approached the bed. Next thing I remember is that I was sitting on the bed next to the doll, with my hands lightly on her head. I could still remember how aware I was of the dolls soft, fluffy, curly hair. I was holding the dolls head as she was growling softly at me, almost whispering to me. I could feel my heart racing as I became more afraid of this evil doll. The doll turned her head and started to lightly, bite me hand as if she were warning me. All I remember was thinking that in one quick twist of my hands, I could break this doll's neck.
I woke up to realize that I had Nickie's head in my hands. Nickie was a 10 pound, white poodle and she was my best friend. She must have realized that I was back to my regular self, because she jumped on me and started licking me as if she hadn't seen me in ages! I remember not being able to go back to bed that night because of all the "what ifs" that played with my mind. I loved that dog with all of my heart and I still tear up when I think about what I might have done. She was my best friend since I was a little girl all the way through my teenage years up until I was 22 when I had her put down. I still dream about her every now and then. It is always happy dreams and when I find her in my dreams, I don't put her down because I am afraid she will disappear again.

Quick Sand
This has to be one of my favorite dreams to tell, although I about pee my pants every time I tell it! I would like to say I was "sleep walking", but according to my doctor, that is not what I do. I "act out my dreams" and those are two very different things.
So Brian was laying in bed next to me sleeping, but he was sleeping in a bed of quick sand. He was sinking quickly. I didn't know what to do, so I grabbed him to pull him out and screamed as loud as I could, "Noooooooo!"
He woke up from my screaming within inches of his face and he jumped out of bed, which of course, woke me too. I immediately started laughing when I realized what I did. He was not laughing. I explained to him my dream. I thought he should be flattered that I tried to pull him out and not push him down further. He just turned and walked away from me. I asked him where he was going and he said, "to wipe". That's when I really lost it. Once he got back in bed; I couldn't fall back to sleep. Every few minutes I would start jiggling the bed with laughter that I was trying to suppress. This is yet another dream that he, to this day, does not laugh about. I don't get it; this is just funny stuff!

Poor Kitty
I was at a party at my friend Doreen's house; in my dream I recognized the house, but it definitely wasn't the same house as in real life. The kids were off playing and I remember her husband, Michael, had food on the grill and was standing there with a spatula flipping different things. The grill was a round grill, but much bigger than your normal grill. I would say the diameter was about 6-7 feel long. The kids were then at the table next to the grill eating pancakes and it was morning time. I remember sneaking off and finding a cat and a ferret in the house. I don't recognize the cat or the ferret, but I thought they were both really sweet and I let them play together. The ferret ended up ripping off the cat's head and I panicked. There was no blood and the cat was still alive, but it wasn't moving. I picked up the cat and her head before anyone had seen what happened and I was going to run it next door to the vet to be sewn back on. I was so embarrassed that I let this happen. I should have known better. I remember running out the door with the ferret and her head (it changed from being a cat).
That's it! My dream ended right there. Weird, huh? At least there were no guts and blood in the dream. It was almost like a cartoon with the head coming off and not seeing any of the detail. Thankfully, nobody wants to see all that!
